at The Table at Inner Banks Inn.

We’ve completely redesigned a new and exciting menu that features locally sourced vegetables, sustainably sourced seafood, and proteins from farmers who go the extra mile to grow extraordinary food.

The winter menu at The Table features a scrumptious mix of old southern classics and dazzling new delights.

It all begins with delightful appetizers. 

Begin your meal with an old favorite like a seasonal Charcuterie Board or our signature, Fried Green Tomatoes.

If you are in for a dash of southern comfort, you’ll want to try the Duck Confit Crostini topped with arugula and our house-made tomato jam. Acid from the tomatoes, sweetness from the jam, fat, and salt from the duck all marry to create a complex and multi-layered blend of flavors.

This appetizer has been one of the all time favorites of our Inn guests!

If you like to keep your appetizer light to ensure an appetite for your upcoming entree, we invite you can also try the Ratatouille Bruschetta, Vegetarian friendly, organically sourced eggplant, squash, zucchini and tomato top this as one of our favorites with our “healthy but comfort food loving” guests.

Soups and salads, perfect for a winter day!

If you are in the mood for something creamy and warm on a cold day, the classic She Crab Soup will no doubt hit the spot. Slow-cooked right in our kitchen with native crab from the Albemarle Sound, this delectable soup will warm your bones in the best possible way.

We are often asked about pairing a salad with this signature soup. The Winter Salad topped goat cheese, beets, carrots, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and champagne vinaigrette is a delicious choice.

If you are a citrus lover, may we suggest the gorgeous Grilled Pineapple Salad. This delicious combo of mixed greens, arugula, croutons, feta, carrots, cherry tomatoes & honey-lemon dressing promises to please. This is another option that can be customized for the vegan or gluten-free guest in your group.

Sumptuous and approachable entrees are perfect for an award-winning restaurant.

Coastal Carolina area favorites like Shrimp and Grits (andouille sausage, bacon, and North Carolina heritage grits) and Inner Banks Crab Cakes (with a house-made tomato jam) give you an authentic taste of North Carolina cuisine.

For a more international flair, our Culinary Team suggests the English Short Ribs or Huntsman Chicken. With both we start with a perfectly cooked local protein and create an aromatic meaty and delicious entree that hits all the senses. Pair with your favorite sides or we are happy to offer the chef’s suggestion.

The Signature Filet Mignon can be ordered as a traditional filet, and is now available with a beautiful peppercorn encrusted covering topped with peppered
cognac gravy. Pair with your favorite sides for the perfect meal.
